It has UL, ULC, FM and Warnock Hersey approvals to meet most fire protection requirements up to a 3 hour rating. A/D Firefilm III will provide the smoothest finish of the intumescent products.
Thermo-Sorb VOC – Solvent-based Thin Film Intumescent
Thermo-Sorb VOC is an acrylic thin film intumescent fire resistive coating design for the protection of interior structural steel. Being solvent based it will allow faster buildup of thicknesses versus a water based product.
Thermo-Lag E100 – Epoxy-Based Intumescent
Thermo-Lag E100 and Thermo-Lag E100S are two component epoxies, 100% and 95% solids respectively. It is an epoxy intumescent fireproofing designed for commercial and light industrial applications. It can provide a 1-3 hour cellulosic fire protection for steel beams, wide flange columns, pipe and tube column sections. It does not require reinforcing mesh. Heatlok HFO High Lift:
Heatlok HFO is a two component, closed cell spray applied rigid polyurethane foam system. HFO product uses recycled plastic materials, rapidly renewable soy oils, and the blowing agent has zero ozone depleting potential. HFO High Lift complies with the intent of the International Code Council’s residential and commercial building codes.
Sealection 500:
Sealection 500 is an insulation breakthrough. Spray applied as a liquid it expands within seconds to 120 times its volume. It is a open cell polyurethane foam with a nominal in-place density of .5lbs/ft3. Sealection 500 is a non toxic spray foam that meets the intent of all applicable building code requirements.
