How is Spray
Foam Installed?
Spray Foam insulation is sprayed
into place into a wall or roof cavity by a certified
professional. Spray Foam insulation can be sprayed after
electrical and plumbing services are in place. It can also
be poured into existing walls without removal. Spray foam
then expands to up to 100 times its initial volume in
seconds, permanently adhering to the surfaces of the
surrounding building materials and sealing all gaps, cracks,
crevices, and seams creating a completely efficient home or
building.

“The most
common insulation, fiberglass, does not stop air
leakage. Certain types of insulation, such as spray foam
insulation, can be significantly more effective at
reducing air flow as well as heat flow.”
